How far in advance should I book. For a local move, a week or two of notice usually gives us room to fit your job into the schedule, though we can sometimes accommodate shorter notice depending on the calendar. Long distance moves out of Tennessee benefit from more lead time, since the route and timing need more planning.
Do you move both apartments and houses. Yes, we handle both, along with office moves for small businesses. The crew size and truck we bring depends on how much furniture is involved and any access issues like stairs or narrow hallways, which we ask about ahead of time.
What happens if something gets damaged. We take care wrapping and handling everything, and if something does happen, we want to know right away so we can address it directly rather than have it become a dispute later.
Questions about delivery
Can you pick something up from a store and bring it to me. Yes, we regularly pick up furniture and appliances from stores or private sellers around Nashville and deliver them to your address, carrying items inside rather than leaving them at the curb.
Do you deliver to apartments with elevators or specific delivery windows. We do, and we ask about building rules ahead of time so the delivery does not get turned away for missing a reserved elevator slot or arriving outside an allowed window.
Questions about setup and labor only jobs
Will you build furniture that just needs assembly. Yes, bed frames, shelving, dressers and similar flat pack furniture are common setup requests, and we bring our own tools so you do not need to track down an Allen wrench.
I already rented a truck. Can you just help load it. Yes, that is our loading and labor only service. We bring the crew and moving blankets, you keep the rental truck, and we load or unload on your schedule.

Do you serve areas outside Nashville itself. We regularly work in Antioch, Brentwood, Franklin, Hendersonville, Murfreesboro and Donelson, along with the city of Nashville itself, and we can discuss other Middle Tennessee locations when you reach out.
